Why Create A Fall Bucket List?
We are so excited to welcome Fall and enjoy some of the fun festivities that the season brings!
I don’t know about you, but if I don’t plan activities and write them on the calendar, they don’t happen.
Time seems to fly by so fast that an entire season can be over in the blink of an eye!
Fall is my favorite time of the year and there are so many fun activities we’d like to participate in.
To be certain we make the most of our time, we need to make a Fall bucket list!
How to create a Fall Bucket List
1)Dream big
Take the time to dream about what you’d love to do this season.
Ask family members to do the same thing!
Remember things you’ve done in the past that you enjoyed, but also think about things you’ve always wanted to do but haven’t.
Think about what’s holding you back and figure out a way to make it happen.
2) Write down your Ideas
Write down all of your ideas.
Compare your list to the rest of your family’s ideas and prioritize the items most people want to do!
You might not be able to make every event happen but write it down anyway.
If it doesn’t make the final list this year, maybe you can make it happen the next!
3) Check your calendar
Look at the calendar and see how much time you and your family can dedicate to your bucket list.
Some activities may require an entire day while others just need a couple of hours one evening.
4) Prioritize your activities
Now that you know how much time you have, seriously look at the list and match the activities to the times you have available on your calendar.
5) Fill in your calendar
Write your final decisions on the calendar and post it for your family to see!

This is a super great list, Donna! Fall is such a beautiful season and I too try to make the most of it, even if they are just small things!

Hi Donna – I am similar to you. If I don’t make a plan and write down the dates and times for activities – then they don’t happen. This year, I would love to go on a hay ride. Thank you for sharing your post with the Home Imagined Link Party!
Donna Allen says
Hi Anna! So glad I’m not the only one like that! I hope you get to go your hayride! That sounds like so much fun! When our boys were young, we always went to a campground that had great hayrides!
