Well, at least it won’t be 90 degrees every day!
That means we’ll be spending more time outside enjoying nature!
Celebrating Halloween and handing out lots of candy in our neighborhood!
Preparing and eating yummy food for Thanksgiving!
But you know what else we’ll be doing this Fall?
We’ll be organizing and improving the entertaining spaces of our home!
This is the perfect time to organize the rooms your family and friends spend time in when they visit!
Our focus will be on the entryway, dining room, living room, and family/playroom.
Then we’ll turn our attention to the holidays and get organized for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
home improvement challenge
Do you have any areas in your home that need to be spruced up or improved in some way?
Our house is only two years old but we have so many ideas and projects we want to do!
Our main priority this Fall is to paint the living room, kitchen, and eat-in areas white!
Do you want to know a fun fact about me?
I have never painted a room white!
Can you believe that?
I used to think white walls were boring, but not anymore!
I want something brighter!
Something that won’t clash with my seasonal decor!
I can’t wait to welcome Sherwin Williams Alabaster (pictured on the bottom left) into my home!!
Do you have any rooms you need to paint?
What will you improve or spruce up this Fall?
home organization challenge
Now let’s talk about one of my favorite things, home organization!
Here’s a sneak peek at the areas we will be organizing!
The entryway!
Dining room and butler’s pantry.
The living room.
And last but not least, the family room or playroom.
I have got to find a better way to organize our board games and make more room for exercise equipment!
Do you need to organize anything in your home?
If you said yes, let’s get this challenge started!
how to get started
I hope you’re excited to join the challenge!
The first thing you need to do is make a Home Organization Binder!
Make a binder

set fall goals
What will you organize and improve?
Decide what space(s) you will organize!
To follow our plan, print the sheet pictured above!
Want to do your own thing?
No problem!
Print the empty sheet below if you would like to organize different spaces from us!
If the thought of organizing an entire room is overwhelming, that’s ok!
Choose one item in a room to organize, like a dresser!
If that’s too much, just choose to organize one drawer!
Set yourself up to win!
Once you’ve successfully organized one space, you’ll have the confidence to do something bigger the next time!
When will you do the work?
If you want to meet your goal, you need to look at your calendar and set aside time to do the work!
This printable will help you decide what to work on each week!
commit to the challenge
Are you ready to commit to the challenge?
If so, get a binder put together, set your goals, and let’s get the Fall Home Organization and Improvement Challenge started!!

Meagan says
These sheets are amazing. You are way more organized then the average person for sure! I have a note book that I write down all our home projects and my blog ideas, but you have taken it to another level. I like it. I am painting my open floor concept (living room/kitchen) white too before Thanksgiving. Great post, thank you for stopping by Our Home Imagined link party.
Donna Allen says
Thank you, Meagan! Can’t wait to see how your paint project turns out! I changed my mind about the color so, it’s going to take longer than expected! I’m hoping to have ours finished before Thanksgiving too!
