There’s no right or wrong answer!
You should decorate when the time is right for you and your family!
However, this year, thanks to our partners at King of Christmas, I figured out how to decorate for Christmas early!
You see, King of Christmas sent us this beautiful queen-flocked set with warm LED lights.
I was so excited when it was delivered, and I knew there was no way I could wait until after Thanksgiving to display it!
My first thought was to display it without any decorations until Thanksgiving passed.
It’s so beautiful on its own, and I love the glow of the cozy lights in the evening.
But, after decorating our dining room for Thanksgiving, I was inspired and realized I could style the set three ways and keep it up from late Fall through the Winter!
Three Ways to Decorate a King Of Christmas Set
1) Decorate for Thanksgiving
This year, I decorated my dining room for Thanksgiving with nature-inspired elements like feathers, leaves, eucalyptus, and faux berries.
It turned out so pretty and inspired me to do the same with my beautiful new greenery set.
Under the table, we tucked in these adorable DIY pumpkin pillows I made with placemats!
In the center of the table, I added these DIY vases I made from recycled jars and then filled with dried florals.
Next, I arranged eucalyptus and pinecones on all the greenery pieces.
Then, I placed neutral berry picks here and there!
And last, I added these gorgeous pheasant and rooster feathers to the tops of the trees and the wreath!
I love the look of the feathers with the greenery!
This turned out so pretty and looks perfect for Thanksgiving!
2) Decorate for Christmas
This year, in my living room, my decorating theme is winter woodland, and I’m using the greenery set on the living room console TV table.
The Queen Flocked Set looks as beautiful on our TV console table as in the foyer!
To decorate the set, we brought many outdoor elements inside!
First, we embellished the garland with neutral silver dollar faux stems.
Then, we added faux berry picks, pinecones, and dried botanical orbs.
On each side of the table, we placed one of the trees, a lantern with a white velvet bow, and a DIY pinecone flower tree I made.
I decorated the trees with a rustic jingle bell garland, mushrooms, small dried orbs, pinecones, and berry picks.
I decorated the topper with two pinecone picks and a beautiful owl ornament.
I repeated all the natural elements on the wreath and added a white velvet bow!
I almost forgot to mention the beautiful art on our frame TV!
Isn’t it fabulous!
You might want to take a moment and see how the set coordinates beautifully with our woodland Christmas tree!
3) Decorate for Winter
Does it make you sad when you take down your Christmas tree?
Our house always looks so naked, and I miss the twinkling lights.
So, I’ve learned to keep out a few items that look like Winter, and this greenery set fits the bill!
Here’s an idea for how you can use it after Christmas!
If this doesn’t say, Winter, I don’t know what does!
Incorporate white houses and pillar candles on a cake plate!
Run a white velvet ribbon along the garland.
Tie white velvet bows on the tops of the trees and the wreath.
Add a bit of cozy with snuggly throw blankets, and you’re ready for the Winter season!
