It’s hard to believe Christmas is only four weeks away, but I’m here for it!
We’ll have so much fun DIYing and decking the halls in the coming days!
We hope you enjoy what’s left of the holiday weekend!
Here’s a peek at what we’ve been up to!
What we’ve been up to this week
Antique and Collectors Extravaganza
We attended Renninger’s for our favorite event, The Antique and Collector’s Extravaganza.
They hold this event in November, January, and February, and vendors come from all over the country!
There are hundreds of booths to discover where you’ll see a little bit of everything!
There are items some people would consider junk! Does anyone need a naked mannequin (look in the top left corner, lol)?
To expensive antiques I can only dream of buying someday, like this gorgeous clock!
Here are the items I found within my budget!
A pair of candlesticks with snuffers attached and this amazing ceramic vase!
A decorative pedestal, an urn, and two small milk glass bowls!
I can’t wait to incorporate these beautiful items into my Christmas decor!
Thanksgiving
Well, friends, I’m happy to report that my first attempt at cooking a whole turkey was successful!
It took longer than I thought, and I will tweak my recipe a bit, but I’m thrilled with how it turned out!
We enjoyed traditional sides, like dressing, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn pudding, and cranberries!
And ate double-layer pumpkin pie for dessert!
I enjoyed cooking for these guys, and we enjoyed our day, but we missed being in Kentucky with our extended family! Hopefully, we’ll be able to go back next year!

So much fun seeing you guys all together for Thanksgiving, Donna. It looks like you guys had the best time! I’m excited about the stuff you found while at Renningers too. It’s always fun to treasure hunt there and I’m thankful they have it multiple times a year too. Can’t wait to dive into your links. Hope you have the best week, CoCo
