Then, I added a creepy cloth from Dollar Tree to the mirror above them but it still looked a bit plain!
I thought it needed something more, so I decided to make a wreath!
A wreath that would look spooky, but pretty at the same time!
I had three creepy cloths in my office and wondered what it would look like if I cut them into strips and tied them onto a wreath form!
I gave it a try, and it looked so good, that I went straight to Dollar Tree to buy more cloths to finish the wreath!
Well, what do you think?
Is it spooky?
Is it creepy?
Or is it beautiful?
You’ll have to let me know in the comments below!
But first, let me show you how easy it was to make it!
Gather items to make a DIY Dollar Tree Halloween wreath
Gather the following supplies to make a DIY Dollar Tree Wreath:
Head to your nearest Dollar Tree and purchase 12 black creepy clothes and a wreath form!
Then, grab a pair of scissors!
Oh yes, just a heads up, you’ll want to pull out your vacuum because this is a messy project!
Little black strings will be all over the place!
Prep
Spread a creepy cloth out on your work table and cut it into 1-1/2 to 2-inch wide strips.
Fold a strip in half.
Then, fold it in half again.
Twist the piece of cloth and thread it through the first ring of the wreath form.
Attach
Attach the piece of cloth to the form by tying a knot!
Continue tying the rest of the pieces to the form.
I used three creepy cloths on the inner ring.
Push the pieces of creepy cloth into the center of the form to expose the other rings.
Continue adding pieces of cloth to the second and third rings.
I used four creepy cloths on the second ring and five cloths on the third ring.
I left the outer ring empty!
Here is the finished wreath!
It is quite creepy, but I think it’s so ugly, it’s cute!
