With the temperatures fluctuating between 70 and 80 degrees it doesn’t feel like December!
But, we’re doing our best to make it look like Christmas since it doesn’t feel like it!
Just a note to all of my home organization friends, in December we take a break from organizing and turn all of our attention to Christmas preparations!
So, you won’t see any home organization posts until January when we start the 2023 Winter Home Organization Challenge!

What we’ve been up to this week
Our main focus this week has been on decorating!
Rich loves the fact that he can put up Christmas lights in shorts and a t-shirt! That never happened in Kentucky!
I wish I could tell you we are finished, but there are still boxes all over the house!
If we would only put up one tree this wouldn’t be an issue!
Five plus trees take a bit more time!
Plus, I’ve been a bit under the weather this week! Thankfully, I’m feeling a little better this morning!
Hopefully, we’ll finish up this weekend!
What we’ve been up to on the blog
The only room that’s completely decorated is the dining room!

This year I decided to put my white village inside the china cabinet!
Their gold glitter roofs fit right into the theme of the dining room!
