Winter seemed to last forever in Kentucky but in Florida, it’s gone in a blink!
Are you ready to say goodbye to Winter and welcome Spring?
What we’ve been up to this week
Rich and I are finally feeling better and so far, our middle son has no Covid symptoms! Woo Hoo!
We got a nice surprise this week! Our youngest son (who’s in college in Montana) texted to let us know that the Oakland Nature Preserve put up a sign that he created for them back in 2020!
We couldn’t wait to head over to the preserve to see it!
For those who are new here, he’s an aspiring Paleontologist! He volunteered at the preserve and had a blast researching and making this sign for them.
We’re so proud of him!!
After we found his sign, we walked the trail to Lake Apopka! We feel so fortunate to have such an amazing place to enjoy nature!
And now let’s talk about what we did on the blog!
What we’ve been up to on the blog
This week has been all about moss!
In the Spring I like to brighten up my home by adding white decor pieces with pops of green from topiaries and moss.
Since I was stuck in my bedroom isolated because of covid, I grabbed my box of moss and started DIYing!
Here are two fun projects I created using moss!
First up is a St Patrick’s Day sign makeover!
