Decorate Your Front Porch for Fall

The temperature has finally started to cool down and it’s feeling like fall outside! It’s the perfect weather for sitting on the front porch! I have some easy ideas to help you decorate your front porch for Fall.

Easy Steps to Decorate a Porch for Fall

Dress Up the Front Door

Let’s start by sprucing up the front door! I hung a wreath and found this pretty rug to keep all those fallen leaves on the outside of the house.

Around the door I used two black flower pots, put my light-up jack-o-lantern pumpkins on top (I will turn them around for Halloween so the faces show!), and added some fall greenery.

Add Natural Elements

The easiest way to make your porch look like fall is to add mums and pumpkins. They add so much color!

Make the Porch Cozy

To make your porch feel cozy for those cooler mornings and nights, add a throw to keep you warm! I put a brown flannel sheet over my cushion and added a few throw pillows to bring in seasonal colors.

Next, I added a lantern and candle holders to the desk and gathered pine cones from the yard to add a seasonal touch. I covered the bench with a kitchen towel.

The swing is my favorite seat on the porch!

These cushions belong on my back patio furniture and I move them to the front porch for fall! It’s a great way to get a whole new look and save money too!!!
